Our intention with this program is to meet for one hour, once a week, for eight weeks. That said, we can meet more frequently or for a longer duration each session if necessary to ensure that we get all of your hours in before test day. When scheduling your sessions through our member portal, you will book an hour at a time. You can schedule back-to-back sessions, but we've found that anything beyond two hours and concentration starts to wane, with diminishing returns in terms of learning.

If you have specific questions from existing practice materials, the course, or your practice tests, we can certainly go over those. You can upload them into the "Agenda" for your session or share your screen during the session. Other than that, show up with a good attitude, eager to learn!

Once you complete your purchase, you will be redirected to your back-end member's area where you will see a product in your Course Library titled "1:1 Executive Assessment Tutoring (8-Hour Package)." When you click into it, you will see a calendar with available time slots. You can schedule all of your sessions right away, or just schedule your first session and then book the rest later. You will be able to manage everything inside the member portal.

We'll spare you the "it depends" answer... okay, scratch that. It really does depend 😀. If you're already starting at a 150, your raw score won't likely go up as much as for someone starting at 140, for example. Likewise, are you completing all of the online course content and doing all of the assigned homework, or are you just cherry picking a few lessons here and there? That said, most of our students improve by +5 points or more, on average, and many improve by more than 10 points. If you're putting in the work on your end, we'll do everything in our power on our end to ensure that you see the biggest gains possible on test day and get the score you need to get into the program you want.

The sessions will be recorded and uploaded into your member portal, so you can watch the replay afterward. If you have specific questions about your application that you want answered, you can email them to us in advance and we'll prompt Barbara with them during the workshop so that she can still provide you with personalized coaching that way. 

This Ultimate EA Prep Bundle will provide you with everything you need to get a great score on the Executive Assessment in just eight weeks! For supplemental practice, we also recommend some of the official EA practice questions and practice tests available through the GMAC website. As a reminder, our video solutions for the 300 Official EA Practice Questions don't reproduce the questions themselves in most cases, so you will need to purchase those separately if you want to take full advantage of that aspect of this Bundle.

If you have fewer than eight weeks before test day, schedule multiple tutoring sessions per week or longer sessions (1.5 or 2 hours each) to ensure that we get in all eight hours. All of the "Complete EA Prep Course" content is available on-demand, so you can move through that as quickly as your schedule allows.

If you have more than eight weeks to prepare for the Executive Assessment and want continued access to the Complete EA Prep Course after your membership expires, you can continue with our month-to-month plan for $167/month. Your tutoring hours don't have to be used up within eight weeks, so you can space those out as necessary.
