So, how does this work?
Tutoring sessions are conducted live via Zoom and can be scheduled at your convenience in coordination with your instructor to ensure that you're on pace to be ready for test day. Whether you work with us for one hour or 15+ hours, all sessions incorporate the three core elements of what we call the EA Success Triad:
1. Content Review
Think of this as the What. This is the "stuff" you need to know to get right answers on test day. Struggling with certain math concepts? We'll teach them to you. Not the best at English grammar? We'll show you exactly what the test makers are looking for on Sentence Correction. Whatever is holding you back from your target score, we'll identify it, isolate it, and teach you everything you need to know to master it.
2. Strategy
Think of this as the How. The Executive Assessment doesn't just test what you know. It tests how well you take tests. And one of the major differences between those who do well on the EA and those who do really well on the EA is strategy. Your goal is to get right answers, not to make your algebra teacher happy. We've got lots of killer strategies for all of the different question types to boost your test-day performance.
3. Practice
You've heard it said that practice makes perfect. In fact, it's perfect practice that makes perfect. During each tutoring session, you'll have an opportunity to apply what you're learning by practicing on real former exam questions — and we'll be right there with you to ensure that you're implementing everything perfectly. We'll also make sure that you have a detailed study plan with plenty of practice questions so that you can continue making progress between sessions.
